Stakeholder Engagement
GSTC follows an inclusive and rigorous process to gather diverse perspectives before finalizing revisions. Representative participants include GSTC-accredited Certification Bodies, recognized standard owners, GSTC members, public and private sector representatives, and disadvantaged groups.
Transparency
Public consultation makes the development and revision of accreditation guidelines transparent and gives the tourism industry a voice in shaping them.
Validated Requirements
Stakeholder feedback identifies opportunities to clarify requirements, emphasize Certification Body responsibilities, and improve practical applicability.

GSTC develops a draft version of the Accreditation Manual.

GSTC announces the consultation period through its website and communication channels.

Feedback
Stakeholders review the proposed requirements and submit feedback through surveys, meetings, workshops, and email.

Revision and Publication
GSTC evaluates feedback, incorporates necessary changes, and publishes the final manual with a response report.
